it did not make any difference..
the problem is almost certainly caused by the fact that I had a CS 6 30 day
trial that ran out. before I installed cs5.5, ( of course I completely
uninstalled everything ) could you look into that connection and see if
you can find a solution.

can you figure out how to wipe the 30 day trial from my machine.... then
maybe adobe application manager will launch acrobat correctly....
can you contact someone higher up who knows how to finish this
