I'm trying to downgrade from CC apps to my purchased version of Acrobat Pro X. However, when I try to install, I get the following message:
"The installation encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."
Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi ,
You are experiencing this issue as Acrobat X is not a compatible version with Mac OS El Captain.
Only Acrobat XI and DC are the compatible version with Mac OS 10.11.13.
