acrobat X Pro does not recognize license upon re-install--Had this problem before--support generated a usable one but no phone support listed

This was an upgrade product, but license number on box never worked. Support generated a usable install license twice before, but no phone support now. This product is registered to me with the license number that does not work. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck buying a new product?
