Acrobat X Pro - unable to save as JPG

I tried to save pdf to JPG, but when i do that, it will appear that the doc is being saved, but when i look at the path, the file is not there. I tried this multiple times but its just not doing it.

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit.

Does this happen with all files, or just some? Is there an error message of some sort?

Try running a repair installation from the Help menu.
