Acrobat X Pro

Need assistance.  Computer recently reimaged, and Acrobat X Pro Trial was loaded by mistake.  Have uninstalled software, and downloaded Acrobat X Pro from download area - used Serial Number to validate - when I go to open Acrobat X Pro  I get a notice that my trial has ended, and need to purchase -  if I cancel out, I am not able to access Adobe Acrobat.

When you entered your serial number, were you using a computer Administrator account to have permission?

Are you sure that your serial number matches the trial version that was installed in error?
