Acrobat X reports "problem with licensing, error 213:19" after Win 10 upgrade. Any ideas please?

I have carreied out an automatic update to Windows 10, and now when I try to open Acrobat I get a plop up window telling me there is a licensing problem.  The error code is 213:19.  Help please!

Thanks for your help.  I tried this, but still had problems.  I have now sorted it by opening Acrobat as Administrator and then running "repair Installation" from the Help menu.  I have since had the same problem with InDesign ( Error Code 213:6).  I have managed to correct thyis by setting the file permissions as the article describes.  Thanks for your help.
