I downloaded Acrobat XI as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Trial Version because I was having an issue with Acrobat IX Pro converting Excel 2013 documents and was told it was a compatibility issue and wanted to make sure the new version of Acrobat works first before I buy) and tried to combine multiple Microsoft Excel 2013 documents to PDF and got the same error message from both programs which was "Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files. Do you want to run the installer in repair mode?" I said yes and it still does not fix the issue. What is going on? Can anyone help me fix this problem?
