At organization I work for many users use Acrobat XI without issue. We have one user, who is set up like the rest as far as profile and hardware goes, that is contently having issues with Acrobat X and XI (we have tried both on her device) crashing multiple times a day. I was able to grab some dump files from these crashes. Please any help would be fantastic.
