Acrobat XI Pro License revoked

New Here ,
Oct 07, 2016 Oct 07, 2016

2 desktops with Acrobat XI Pro have run fine since October 2013 until late 2015 when updates newer than 11.0.09 wouldn't install & left error msg 1603. Per Adobe site on one desktop I un/re-installed & it updated to 11.0.17 no trouble & my license shows in Belarc.

The other desktop first un/reinstall wouldn't work. Then I saw on Adobe site to rename the SLCache to old & move it to desktop.  Restart.  Then I thought of uninstalling then downloading the 11.0.17 file from Adobe.  That installed OK but for the past month I've been getting regular msgs continue the trial or enter the license.  When I do it says the license is revoked.  Contacted Cust Support who said I wasn't the owner, even though I'd bought a legal copy from ITDirectDeals.com (it was download version 11.0.0 with Key [removed by moderator] which you enter during installation) They've been no help though they did contact Adobe - they don't understand why Adobe revoked the license.

Yesterday & un-reinstalled the 11.0.0.  This is the first time the screen asked if this was a trial or did I have the key - I selected key & entered it & it installed OK, As soon as I selected update I got the tria/enter license screen, entered license & got the license revoked screen again.  When I ran Belarc it said is was a trail version with license [removed by moderator]  I don't understand that??

I've since found several places on the web selling the download version which says it won't upgrade past 11.0.09 and tell you don't activate using your Adobe ID as Adobe won't accept the key for the download version.  I also found a site that said Adobe cancelled the Acrobat licenses for the state of Florida as well as the licenses granted to several resellers.

Can someone at Adobe please explain this & what I need to do to get my license re-instated?  I don't know why it works on one desktop without problem but won't on the other, since Adobe permits you to install on 2 PCs as long as you don't use them at the same time.
