I have Acrobat 7.0 Pro and recently had to reinstall Windows 7 on my computer. Since then, I cannot use Acrobat as it requires "Authorization" which is not available on the internet or over the phone. I have the original CD & Serial numbers and Activation Number
Hi Doug&Char,
Click on "Download and install CS2 applications" - then Select the language - "English"-,when you click English , it will open up a new tab , Check "I Accept " and click "English" and look for your product which in this case is Acrobat Pro 7 and in the last box , you will see the Serial number , insert that serial number and finish the installation.
Hope it helps!

Hi Doug&Char,
Due to a technical issue , Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS2 applications which also includes Acrobat 7.0 ,To fix this , first uninstall Acrobat 7 and install a version that doesn't require activation. You can follow this link -Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
Hope it helps.

Thank you so very much for your help.
I followed your instructions, uninstalled Acrobat 7 and followed the link
to the replacement. When I entered the serial number (correctly) from my
CD, I got a message : "Invalid Serial Number. This is not a valid serial
number. Please go back ..."
It is right off the CD jewel case!
Any other suggestions?
Thanks, again,
Doug
