Add user to CS4 for Acrobat

We have 2 "users" now and I need to add a 3rd. Not necessarily for the whole suite, just Acrobat.

Adobe license allows the OWNER to license on 2 computers, as long as both are not in use at the same time

Sharing a license is not allowed

Not looking to share the 2 I have, but would like to purchase a 3rd seat if at all posiible

John, I know you're trying to help. I know CS4 is way out of date, just trying to find out, maybe from an Adobe source if I can pay to open up the old existing license to a 3rd user. Already 2 using concurrently. Thanks!
