I'm trailing to Adobe products before purchasing.
I'm trying to take several PDF documents to merge into one. I have successfully done so with some, but PDF's created from within publisher is giving me issues. Every time I try to add these to my already merged document, it says that the file already contains a container. I have no idea what this means and how to fix it. I have tried googling to answer, and even though I have seen many responses, it doesn't seem to fit my issue, or I'm not understanding all the technical terminology.
I only have 2 days left of the trail, so want to make sure this works before spending a fortune purchasing this product.
Please someone help me in plain, easy to understand English - without too much technical jargon please.
Thanks

This does not sound a common problem. Please answer these two questions:
1. What method are you using to add the file? There are many ways so we need to ask. What exactly do you click, or select, or whatever?
2. What are the EXACT WORDS of the error you get? Please type carefully, details matter.

Within Adobe, I click tools > Combine Files > Add Files > then I individually select the files I would like to merge. Some files will merge, but then I have a couple that won't merge, especially if it is a PDF created within Publisher.
Once working within Adobe, and I want to add another file to the file I am working on, I usually go to Organise pages > Insert.
I have noticed that not all my pages are merged either, I have two documents, one 29 pages and another 15 pages and I want to merge them. When I click merge, the first document shows, but only about 10 pages of the 29, the other is nowhere to be seen. I just receive a different message again. Here are the two messages I have been getting.
There is one day left on my trail and am not sure whether it would be worth the purchase if I can't get it sorted now.
Thanks
Venessa
