Adding Video to PDF Downgrades Quality Badly

I now have the most up-to-date Acrobat. I'm still having an issue where when I add a video to a PDF, the quality is terrible. It's a full HD video and looks great raw, but as soon as I add it in, text is barley readable. Is there I was to fix this. This is a very important project I'm working on. Let me know. Thanks.
