Adobe 9 Pro won't finish install

New Here ,

I had Adobe 9 Pro, and switched to DC for a trial period. I wasn't a fan of DC, so I'm trying to go back to 9 Pro.

I download the file (my disc is somewhere in a box - I'll search for it tomorrow), and it starts the install, but never finishes. I've uninstalled DC, I've uninstalled 9, and tried reinstalling 9, but nothing seems to work.

Any thoughts?

Macbook Pro user.

Thanks in advance!

Try running http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and remove all leftover part of the Acrobat folder under Program Files>Adobe. Then reboot and try again. Be sure you have your S/N available.
