Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro won't create PDF files from Word on my new Windows 10 laptop.  How can I fix this?

Adobe Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10.

It may or may not work properly with this OS.

Would also like to inform you that it is an older and unsupported version of Adobe Acrobat application.
