Adobe Acrobat 9 professional option "paste image as a stamp tool" is disabled

I have a user with Adobe Acrobat 9 professional. Complain is the option "paste image as a stamp tool" is disabled. Using the OS: Windows 7. I have removed & re installed the application but same. The issue is with all users in the company as I have checked

Hi sha_mfm,

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 7 Adobe Acrobat system requirements, features may or may not work.

However, make sure Acrobat 9 is updated to 9.5.5 version.

Thanks & I have managed to get it by copiying or dowloading desktop the feature get enabled automatically.
