Adobe acrobat DC has stopped working

Hi,

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2015.017.20053 in my Windows 8.1 OS with 4GB RAM. When i using Crop Tool in PDF page, get the following error message.

"Adobe acrobat DC has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working properly please close the program".

I already tried the below solutions

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\ToolsSearchCacheAcro

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\ToolsSearchCacheRdr

But not helpful.

Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank You!
