After spending a good deal of time trying to find the answer to my problem, I’ve decided to just post this question to the forum. If this has been answered elsewhere, then please just redirect me and accept my apology in advance…. 
Here’s my issue:
My organization is using Adobe Acrobat DC Form Distributing and Tracking to collect information for a children’s camp that contains signature fields, medical info and permission releases. As you might guess, some people have more than one child they would like to send but we want to keep each record separate (not combine siblings in one record). When we distributed the forms to the registrants we had a problem when moms try to submit the form again for child #2 and child #3 because all three submissions are coming from the same email address. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow multiple submissions from the same email address instead of overwriting the previous form submitted?
