Need help trouble shooting. How do I stop Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard from going into "Not Responding"?

Could you please confirm the OS version installed on your system. Make sure that application installed on the compatible version of OS.
Would like to inform you that Adobe Acrobat 9 is an old and unsupported version.End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)
