- I have created a form and need to send it to 50+ people to get individual signatures.  I can't seem to get it to work.  Can someone assist me with the correct process?

Do you have signature fields in the form? The simplest method would be to save the file and then attach it to an email to all 50 recipients. This would require your clients to save the file, sign it, and then attach it to an email back to you (this last step can be done using a "submit" button). There is however a more streamlined proceed using Adobe's eSign service. When you go to the "Fill & Sign" pane on the right side, you will see a "Send or Collect Signatures", where you will find two options "Send via Email or Fax" and "Get Others to Sign.

You can also upload your document directly to Adobe's Document Cloud and request the signatures that way:
