Adobe Acrobat Pro 9: Licensing for this product has stopped working 147:6

I have found a previous post that has no solution to this problem. 

Reinstall of a new Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 on a replacement computer.

I have followed the instructions in another forum: Error: "Licensing has stopped working" | Windows

All the way to contact Adobe support which then sent me here with no further resolution.

Please try to install the program on different user account to replicate the issue, refer to this link :- Adobe troubleshooting: Using or creating an admin account in Windows 7, 8, Vista
