Hi Paula Cleary,

Please let me know what version of OS and Office you are using.

Is Acrobat 9 compatible with your Office version?

Is PDFMaker option enabled in Excel so that you could merge the files directly into PDF?

Please specify more so that I could help you further.

Regards,

Anubha

Hello,

My computer is new – all program versions are 2016. The combining of Excel files to a combined PDF file was working up until a short time ago.

I don’t see that there is a PDF marker option.

Thank you for your assistance.

That's exactly the issue. Acrobat 9 is old and not compatible with Office 2016 or the current operating systems, like Windows 8 and 10.
