I get: 1. Acrobat could not find Workspace ,
2. Acrobat failed to set up workflow folder in specified shared folder on server
, 3. Form Aborted.
Are these server issues with my email client or settings within Acrobat Pro v 9?

Hi Aadish,
Adobe Acrobat 9 pro V. 9ML, Email Client Mail bird Pro v. 2, Windows 8. I did set up Outlook to enable Acrobat to email out. It works but I prefer Mail Bird. I am setting up a simple electronic golf score card that does summation to be distributed to my friends on their cell phones, both Iphones and Android environments. When read only calculation fields are set up, they do not work in Acrobat 9 environment, but do work in the form designer. When completed form is saved in pdf format required for distribution, distribution results in the following error messages:
1. Acrobat could not work space on the server . Please Try Again
2. Acrobat failed to set up workflow folder in the specified shared folder on hosted server
3.Form distribution aborted.
Is there an issue in Acrobat 9ML that defaults to calculation fields only working in designer? Acrobat 9ML does not even allow selection of individual fields for calculation but does allow selection of all fields. I'm curious if full functionality of Acrobat 9ML is limited, handing the complete functionality issue to Designer? Once saving in Designer to pdf format it does not allow distribution with the above error messages.
Any comments on any of these issues; I would be grateful. Thank Aadesh for any responses or suggestions.
Regards,
Gary
