Adobe acrobat XI, version 11.0.15, wont create a .pdf file from a web site on windows 10

Please check if you can create PDF from website using print to PDF.

Could you please also share the information :

• Browser you are using
• Workflow you do to create PDF
• website link that you are trying to convert to PDF.

Thank you for the assistance.

My answers are below.

"Please check if you can create PDF from website using print to PDF.  No, it starts to create then stalls at approximately 30%.

Could you please also share the information :

• Browser you are using - Microsoft Edge
• Workflow you do to create PDF - Not certain of what you are asking
• website link that you are trying to convert to PDF. - Any website.  I am able to create pdf's of files and such.  Just not from a website.

Hi Dale,

We don't have any control over Edge and there is no plug-in supported for Edge from our end. Display PDF in browser Adobe Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC

I would suggest try other supported browsers.
