Adobe DC closes after 15 seconds (HELP!!!!)

    We have a windows 7 x64 PC with Adobe DC installed from the cloud so it is up to date.  Every time we open the Program or a PDF it opens for about 15-20 seconds then closes.  No errors.  I have totally uninstalled it and ran the "clean tool", reinstalled same issue occurs.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I have looked for the EULA.exe for adobe DC and have not found it.  I feel though as most say when they have the EULA issue, the program opens and closes immediately so I feel this issue might be a little different.  We are an enterprise environment and this is the second machine this has happened too.  The first one we ended up reimaging  and it was fine then.  I want to try and nail down what is happening here in case this keeps happening.  I appreciate any help you can offer.

That would mean that is is specific to that user.  I have tried doing a runas on adobe DC and ran it as myself under my credentials and the same thing happens.  I had no profile on the PC, so I would not of had any preferences.

I also, renamed the adobe folders under the users profile to .old under local and roaming.
