no errors

it install on Win7 and Adobe Acrobat DC ver. 15.016.20041

Maybe , I need change some setup key in computer register(regedit)?

Please try  referring this link :  "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working" shortly after I open the program without doing anything

and follow the steps mentioned.
