Adobe fill and sign file location

we are currently testing the Adobe Fill and Sign DC iPad app, the issue I'm running into is the area called "recent forms"

these forms are stored locally to the device and as such are a compliance issues for us, would upgrading to Acrobat Pro DC

allow us to disable this 'feature'? I am trying to find a service that will allow us to fill out and sign PDFs that live exclusively in a HIPAA compliant cloud service NOT on the device.

than you for any direction and assistance that can be provided. !

ok apologizes for not being clear, Acrobat Pro DC (as I understand it so far) comes with

Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile app

what I am looking for is a solution that will allow us to complete fillable PDF's in the field on the iPad or other devices

without putting the files or a copy of the files on the device.
