I have an adobe form that I can not open.
The following message appears.
" If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® by visiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download. For more assistance with Adobe Reader visit http://www.adobe.com/go/acrreader."
I have adobedc version 2015.006.30174
I can not view it even if "Enable all features" is clicked.
Anyone have any issues with this type of issue?

I have a form that was created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES8.2. When I open it and save it with Adobe 2015 DC and email it no one else can open it. When it's emailed back to me I then can't even open it and get the message.
" If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. Is there a fix or patch for this ?

Are you opening the file inside a browser window, or inside Acrobat or Reader directly?

Attempting to open the file direct with standard dc or latest reader. I have tried opening it from email client and by saving to hard drive, neither way works.
When I had Adobe Pro we never had an issue with this file. Now were using standard DC and have encountered this issue.

I have a form that was created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES8.2. and emailed to me to open, fill out and email back.
I use Microsoft Outlook email client, adobe dc version 2015.006.30174 and adobe reader dc 2015.016.20045.
I use to have Adobe Pro and had no issue opening or having anyone else open and view.
I opened the form in Adobe 2015 DC, entered info, saved to my desktop then emailed to a co worker. My co-worker who had previously had no problem tried to open the form and now can't even when the option to click "enable all features" is clicked the error message does not go away.
My co-worker emailed it back to me and now I can't even open it and get the message.

I have tried to open directly from email and by saving and opening from my desktop with adobe and that didn't work
I downloaded and installed the latest reader and tried opening from email and saving to desktop and it doesn't work either.
I have sent the form to other co-workers with the same Adobe dc software and they also can't open it.
Is there a fix for this?
Why would adobe PRO not have a problem with this form and Adobe DC does?
Any other suggestions ?
Thanks
