Adobe won't give me a serial number

(AUSTRALIA) I have purchased an academic adobe acrobat product at the end of may 2016. I presented evidence (wage slip, checkout till receipt and the product code) on the 13th July 2016 for the adobe chat app.

Each time i speak on the help chat line, it takes the online adobe staff member 24hrs to read my question or response and send their own. When i reply, another 24 hrs.

During these "interactions on the chat app" i have been asked by the inexperienced employer the following.

We can't accept your wage slip beause it does not show your employers logo.

My employer doesn't use a logo any more, but has their employer name on it.

The chat said that the till receipt for product (purchased over the counter) didn't have my name on it.

And just for fun, they said that my name did not match the wage. For example, my employer prints names on wage slip as SURNAME, FIRST, MIDDLE, as apposed to adobe which lists details as FIRST, SURNAME with no middle name.

I am still waiting to get a serial number for an academic product.

I do have a case number, and i have 4 previous academic purchases through my adobe account.

Any suggestions before i legal, internet pressure, DOJ and the australian ACCC.

Thank-you for your reply 3 days ago - still waiting even though i uploaded an additional signed letter by my employer stating that i am a teacher.

During this time, i am an account holder for my site (school) on a CLP agreement. I have managed to purchase software for the school, get access to the LWS site, download software and serial number for school and install on school computer, but yet as a teacher and citizen, still can't get serial number. This is a two-tired system.

Can someone tell me what is happening - maybe someone from the Sydney Office - or maybe - and only maybe - this staff member below can find out.
