After major W10 upgrade, Acrobat 9 will not create document "Calibri not found"
The fact it was working doesn't mean anything. "Incompatible" means that it was not tested nor is it updated to work with this version as it gets updated, which can result in what you're experiencing. You can try running the application in Compatibility Mode, but the chances of it working without issues are slim. The real solution is to upgrade to a compatible version.

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10, so such problems are to be expected.

Was working fine with W10, until the W10 was updated (major update 1 hour). Then doesn't work. Cannot be solely a W10 problem?

OK, right. Since found the "compatibility" listings on Adobe, and Acrobat 9 is not compatible with W10. And is not upgradeable to the current Acrobat. Acrobat 9 still works with fonts other than Calibri (and maybe others), but just lucky on that. Either use the MS PDF, or buy the whole new version Acrobat DC. Not fun, but a fact.
