Alignment of Text in Field

Hi, how do I top align the text in a field in a form?  I can only find left, centre & right options.

A user is able to change the vertical alignment if the field allows rich text formatting, but you cannot preset it as a default for single line fields. If you're wanting to create a multiline text field, look at the Options tab for that option and it will be top aligned.
