Hi all,
I received the Extract API usage notification that told me I was approaching the 1000 unit limit earlier in May. This was concerning because I have been developing a web app that is based on working with the text from PDFs. I reached out to sales soon after I received the notification--no response. I have sent more requests to the sales team. We'll see what happens. But I am hoping to get in contact with someone from the sales team ASAP so that I can continue using the API since it's already up and running.
I would really appreciate it if there were a way that I could give money to Adobe in exchange for a quota of API calls appropriate to my needs. Thanks.

Wrong forum. Nobody here knows anything about the online Extract API. Yes, it's very confusing calling both the Acrobat's SDK and the online SDK "Acrobat". Anyway, the right forum is here -- Acrobat Services API - Adobe Support Community This seems to be a hot topic there.
