Have just logged on to Acrobat, and ask for sign in which I did, then said no valid subscription this is trial software. We have a full subscription which I have checked. Have now checked and it is all my Adobe Products, anyone come across this before?

If you are getting this message,on the bottom right of the same message you will see an option for 'license the software' .
Click on that option, license the software using your credentials .
After that again you are facing the same issue , in that case would request you to go to 'adobe.com/getsupport'
After signing in, select the option for 'still need help contact us' & initiate a chat session. The chat expert will help you using after checking the details.
