I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro as an add in on Excel from Ofiice365. About every 2-3 days when I have been working on 5-10 excel files at a time for several hours, I will go to open another file and when I click it Excel crashes with this message: Excel is not responding and will close. When I reopen the files they are not recovered files but the original ones I started with and don't have all the changes I had made over the last 3-4 hours. (Yes, I have Excel set to save every minute).
I run Win10 on a PC, use Office365 (2016 Vs) on the computer (occasionally in the cloud), and the latest Adobe acrobat pro. Everything is up-to-date and been checked for errors. I have had 3 sessions with Adobe techs who have remotely accessed my computer and "fixed" the problem. However, it looks like this problem is above their pay grade.
If I don't get this fixed I will have to find an alternative to Acrobat. This has cost me over 20 hours of work time in the last 2 weeks and I'm paid a lot more than minimum wage so these issues aren't cheap. MS says it's Adobe's problem and the Adobe techs seem pretty clueless.

Hi Dipzoid123456 ,
Please open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.
Also would request you Repair MS office application from Control Panel (under program & features)
Also try this :- Acrobat > Edit > Security (Enhanced) > Disable Protected View & uncheck the option for 'Enable Enhanced Security ', then OK .
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Yatharth
