Anyone send for shared review alter the default email text and Acrobat doesnt retain verbiage?

Sending a shared review I alter the default email text to include special instructions to follow during the review process. Acrobat doesn't retain the verbiage changes for future shared reviews. This wasn't an issue in the previous release of Acrobat DC Pro.
