Starting last week, 6/17/24, many of our users printing Arch drawings (Arch A to Arch E) from Adobe (both Reader and Standard) will have our plotter printer not print the last few inches from the right-hand side of the pdf. If the drawing is printed in portrait, then the printer spools out a a few inches of blank paper then begins printing from that point on the PDf...so it knows something is there, but it acts like there's a blank white box over the entire area.

Rouch example of what actually gets printed (including the white space):
This only occurs when printing from Adobe. When testing printing via Chrome it comes out fine.
There's also a handful of people unaffected that can print from Adobe fine.
We've made no changes to the printer and everyone's Adobe is on the February 2024 update.
I've tested both a repair and complete uninstall-reinstall of Adobe for the affected users.
I've tested purging the printer from the machine and re-adding it.
On the print server, I've tested restarting the print spooler and LPD services, and clearing the print cache.
Any suggestions of what the issue could be are appreciated.
