I have subscription to Acrobat XI pro. I lost the app/program a couple of nights ago during a refresh of the computer. Then adobe helped relocate it, however I was downloading the program last night in full version and just as I was completing the download I was cut off power and batt. I am getting an error in a foreign language and cant access my own filed now. ???

I am able to download but it will not open unless I give up my password to a foreign language window. any one know how to proceed after finish download to get around this request?

The Acrobat installer does not need a password, though like all others it needs your own system password. That prompt is in your system's language.
