I have a customer who is using Acrobat Pro X version 10.1.14. They have a business need to convert webpages (entire sites) to PDFs. However, we have a proxy in the environment here and as I noted from this forum post in Adobe the use of Proxies with this function in Acrobat Pro seems to inhibit functionality.
I am trying to find out if there is a way to configure the proxy or to configure Adobe locally on a computer not to interfere with the proxy?
Currently, when attempting to create the pdf from the webpage the user receives "Authorization Failure" and the PDF is generated with no data, and the file size is 0bytes.
Can anyone offer advice?
And do NOT tell me to disable the proxy.
