I've been asked to develop a form (Acrobat Pro 9), one of the fields (Site) is a drop down list with 400+ options. Each site has a predetermined 4 digit code attached to it. The the next field Site Number should show the 4 digit number, what I've been asked to do is set the form up so when the user selects the site name the Site Number field will auto populate auto with the 4 digit code.
Can this be done, is it even feasible? Any suggestions how I can do this or a workaround for it would be appreciated.
