Automating the process of adding named destinations to a pdf document.

I want to automate the process of adding a set of named destinations to a .pdf document.  I have a series of very similar documents with a need for the same named destinations.  I've read a few posts that one can do this with C/C++.  Is there an example out there that I can look at and adapt to my needs?  Thanks.

Are you thinking about doing this as an Acrobat plugin then? If so, there’s good sample code in the SDK.
