Bad PDF; error in processing fonts <unsupported Type2 font>

When I export ID file to interactive and click on prepare form, I get the above error message.

Does anyone know what this means, and/or how to identify the offending font(s)? Fonts used in doc include Helv LT Std, Helv Neue (OTF) and Wingdings. The document was originally designed by another person. Thanks a bunch

The solution is surely not to click on Prepare Form. A form can be prepared in InDesign, or manually.

I've had the same problem intermittently with trying to convert a pdf to fillable with Helvetica Neue. The only solution I've found is to export the document to Word then save it back to pdf. Afterwards, Acrobat can auto-detect and fill all necessary fields. This is obviously just a workaround and not an actual solution, but it's worked for me invariably.

If anything, this pseudo-fix will hopefully provide more knowledgable minds than mine the information necessary to determine the issue. This question is all over the place without a definitive answer.
