Hi experts.
I need to display a barcode EAN 128 in a text field.
I know how to use a barcode font but I don't know how to calculate the string.
I spent hours on the web, finding many calculators but nothing usable in a PDF form.
Do you know where I can get such a calculator in PDF-JavaScript?
Thank you.

I don't have anything to give you, but the check digit calculation isn't very complicated. Here's one page that might be helpful: CODE 128 SYMBOLOGY
The hardest part can be finding a bar code font that allowed at least editable embedding so it can be used with a form field.

Thank you George.
But what "isn't very complicated" for you is the hardest part for me.
And what is "hardest part" for you is already done for me ("Code 128" font).
Can someone write this piece of script for me?
I'm ready to pay.

Are they using Reader? If so, there's no easy solution, as Reader can only display barcode values, not edit them, unless a special right is applied to the file (not in Acrobat).
