How do I get to see the ok box at the bottom of the bates numbering page?

That is a very old version, and it's not compatible with any current OS, which might explain why you're having such problems with it.

Try adjusting the resolution of your monitor or reduce the size of the box by dragging from the corners, you might see the OK bottom to confirm the changes at the bottom.
