I just received Acrobat 12 with another product that I purchased; so I uninstalled Acrobat 9 Extended from my desktop and am now trying to install it on my laptop. During the installation where it ask for a product key, it keeps telling me that the key is invalid. I have the key copied to a drive at home and it is the same key that is listed for the product online under my account. I need assistance getting this problem fixed so that I complete the install. I thought that the key was available for install on two machines as well; which would mean that this key is altogether blown. Please help.

Hi easpottswood@gmail.com‌,
Please make sure you are using the correct serial key, please verify it using this link Find your Adobe product serial number quickly. If it still doesn't work you will have to contact the seller from where you received it.

Aedesh,
I have confirmed the key with my own records, on my Adobe account which the site you have directed me says to go to for verification. Sending me to a third party for a serial number that worked until 2 days ago does not seem like responsibility on the part of Adobe. This issue is not something that is HPs responsibility as the key worked and now it does not. It doesn't say it is in use or the maximum devices have been utilized. It says invalid which is incorrect. Seems more that Adobe is not accepting the key. A gentleman from another team mentioned that since the product is no longer supported by Adobe, then I would need to contact this forum. It seems that the issue is more so that it is no longer supported. Regardless, the key should work. It does not and I need this rectified....by Adobe. You can check my account and if need be, verify the serial yourself.
