Es soll eine beschreibbare PDF auf einen Server abgelegt werden. Was muss eingestellt, bzw. beachtet werden, damit Mitarbeiter diese PDF beschreiben und speichern können, vielen Dank.

Would like to inform you that if its a Fillable Form you have to save it with option of File > Save as other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable more tools , so that reader user can also access that form .

If you are placing the form over server you may place that using Sharepoint server configuration . So the user can get in , make & save the changes & sign out from the document after working on it.
