I have a word document with a series of heading types, which when printed or created using either the word export or the acrobat create tool blurs the bulleted Number, both in the contents page and on the related page in the pdf.
Any idea?

Hi,
Please check the rendering option under "Page Display".
Make sure that in smooth text option "For Laptop and LCD Screens" is selected.
Let us know if this resolves the issue.

Thank you, but that is not the issue he actual numbers on the heading "1.0/2.0/3.0 etc" are actually images and not text. when converting it does not bring it as a font,

I found a trick and solution that I posted with my own post but wanted to share with you.
I doubt that the support here would have found the issue at all. @mark farell
"One of my friends fixed this issue as a weird bug. For helping others with the similar issues and the developer's knowledge, I wanted to post the issue resolution (partial) and way around.
I got in word headings level one and level two with problems and updated the styles to match selections. This trick somehow fixed the headings and content blurred fonts but did not fix the 'Table of Contents.'
I ignore and deleted the auto generate 'Table of Contents' and added manually as Normal text.
The Pdf generated after this trick was with clear, smooth fonts."
