Button jumps to previous view

I have included buttons on pages of my PDF that jump to other pages (like reference material, etc.). What I can't figure out is a button that will return them to the page they were on after they are done looking at the reference. I thought it would be in the button actions View>Go To>Previous View but that only takes them to the top of the reference page they landed on. I am running Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

Please help.

Thank you

There's no simple way of doing that. It would require a set of custom-made scripts to achieve it.
