Can I change the margins of a pdf for printing?

Help!  I can't get paid for my work until I can figure out this problem.  My billing claims will be denied unless I can get my forms to print correctly.

I work with a separate program for completing billing forms.  It generates my data into a pdf format, which I can then print directly onto a paper form that I use for my billing.  The data used to align perfectly to the form fields on the paper form, but it is suddenly printing slightly askew.

I tried printing to another printer and the same problem occurred.

I called the printer tech support, but was redirected to contact Adobe for information.

If I could change settings to enable me to make the top margin just a couple millimeters larger, it would fix my problem but I cannot seem to find a way to do that.

Thank you!
