Can I change the window size when a PDF opens automatically to partial window?

A form I created has a drop down list which, when clicked, opens a second PDF.  I need the second PDF to open in a smaller window, not overlay the initial file.

Thank you!

Are you using a script to open the other file?

In that case I'm not sure it's possible. Try this, though: Go to Edit -

Preferences - Documents and tick off the box next to "Open cross-document

links in same window".
