I am trying to convert an excel document to a pdf. I have tried printing as pdf in Excel I would get "Missing PDFMaker files." and an option to run the installed in repair mode. If I click yes, it times out after 10 minutes and did nothing (and the problem is not fixed). If I choose "no" then it closes and I have to start over.
I tried the convert to pdf option inside Excel, same issue.
I have tried to convert to pdf by right clicking in file explorer, same issue.
I opened Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and create a PDF from file, same issue.
this is a new Windows 10 machine with Office 2016 and Adobe Acrobat Standard DC version 2015.006.30119

Hi
Acrobat PDFMaker is crashing with Office 2016 and Office 365 on Windows after Office 2016's February update. We have investigated it and are working with Microsoft to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Thanks
Tanvi

I am having EXCESSVIE problems with the same thing I have MS Office 2016 / Office 365 and Adobe DC With a Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Excel is crashing and I keep loosing the Adobe menu bar, which opts to come back next time Adobe is open. I am to understand it has to due with a recent upgrade to Office. It does seem on my machine the newer Edge Browser is what might be fighting for supremacy of the PDF platform
I count on this application greatly, daily and I am needing it fixed. Can you please inform when and how you are addressing this problem?

Hi Dennis
The issue has been resolved from Microsoft's end. Please ensure that you have the latest update of Office and Acrobat installed.
Thanks

Hi Dennis
I couldn't find the error log.
Can you please mail me the logs at tarastog@adobe.com ?
Also, share the steps you are doing to create PDF from Excel, your Acrobat and Office version and OS details.
Thanks
